Schedule two appointments and when I got to the east side Location I was told I didn't have a appointment even though I should him my conversation with the receptionist. After going back and forth with the manager he realized a mistake was made and he rectified the situation. By the way the Technician did a good job on my vehicle.

Had my car tinted back on March 4 or 5 and the quality of work was terrible. Many bubbles and creases all over the windows. Also the cuts on the tint look like a preschooler did them. Very jagged.
I’ve tried to contact the owner Moe several times and no response. I’ve driven by and they are definitely open during the pandemic.
Moe has done great work on a few of my past vehicles so it was a surprise and disappointing that he would employ someone who did such a bad job.
I am taking my car to a different shop to have the tint removed and reapplied. Don’t waste your time

So for starters, my experience wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. I dropped my car off in the AM after talking to the owner/worker about a drop off time. He was not even present at the time of drop off so I left my keys with another worker and left. Was told it’d take approximately 4 hours, took about 6 whole hours. So the tint looked pretty nice (it was already dark out) at night so I didn’t pay attention to detail. As the days went on I started to notice that my rear window had scratches and patches in it meaning the tint was peeling away (no possible way that was my fault because

My install was more than perfect. He cared about his work result and detailed it to my satisfaction as well as his own. I didn't want it to dark as to involve pull over by the police department so he advised the dark enough but legal tint looking really great!!!! Priced great as well. And warranty as long as I own the vehicle. You will not go wrong with this place.

I had my car windows tinted here just over a year ago and they were done so nicely that I returned with my new car to have the same done to it. Once again, the job came out perfectly! All four doors and back window were completed quickly in just over an hour. There was a nice waiting area with a TV to make time pass seemingly quicker. I would recommend Tint Pros to anybody looking to have their vehicle windows tinted!

They did a great job on my new Lexus. I am a business owner and also a Police Officer and I did my research. I decided on tint pros and I'm glad I did, even though I was initially skeptical with the neighborhood. They tinted the driver and passenger side windows to the exact same tint and quality as the rear windows that already came tinted from Lexus. Highly professional and respectful. I'll definitely be back. No reason why anyone in the suburbs should not trust these guys and the quality. The restaurant right across the street has great food and great customer service while you wait as well

Came in today for my tint appointment. Messaged Moe online and he responded very fast and got me in the same day within the hour as well.
Very good customer service. Love my tint and would recommend to anyone wanting to get their vehicle tinted. Him and his team do great work at a very good price that bests the competition in my opinion.
My car was done within the time frame Moe set. In and out in less than 2 Hours. Came out fantastic. Changes the whole look of my car.
