Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This company has been the absolute worst! I absolutely beg anyone looking for lawn services to look elsewhere for lawn care. The lady/girl that works the front desk is an rude, unprofessional and not helpful. The quality of work is poor and that is if they even show up.

I am a client through Forest lakes. This company is very unprofessional. Emails and phone calls are not returned promptly and one of the owners spoke with the HOA management by shouting and cursing. This was D&D's response to our complaint that they were not fulfilling their contract. I do not recommend D&D.

We're relatively new to Barboursville/ Ruckersville. Last September, we called D & D Lawn to weed our flower beds. They offered a fair price per hour and did a good job. The problem did not occur until this week. The Trouble with D & D Lawn appears to be that they are not concerned about taking care of their clients. When I called in this week to have our weeding done, they refused to put us on the schedule. Further, I was told that we could just "go without" the weeding and tough luck, for waiting so long to request it. As if to add if to add extra insult to injury, from

This company was a disaster. We were new to town and I called several companies for bids. They weren t the cheapest but the man they sent out to do the bid seemed really competent. We never saw him again. Here s what happened:
He recommended installing a new lawn in two phases:
Phase one: beds and side lawn at risk for washing. The grass was fine but the flower beds were a joke. They just stripped the grass/sod off and put mulch down. No top soil no digging in to create beds.
Phase two: I called to have a word before phase 2. No return calls. They just showed up. This time they did put topsoil
