I called today more to find another agent than renewing an auto policy. I got more coverage and a slightly lower cost than my expiring policy. I immediately set up to have my policy transferred to Hometown ins. I am very happy with them and I am not actually a customer yet. But I will be just as soon as my old one expires. Thank you for your friendly staff, that in itself made ALL the difference.

Critical: Professionalism
