3 of my Window PC were crashing and 2 of my MacBook Pros laptop had malicious viruses.Neil s came to my house and pick up my computer and laptops. Problems solved completely!! Work was done but now my computers don't crash as soon as I power them on. they quickly load to windows thank you tech guys!

Thanks Neil!!! My computer dead after a power cut, I tested it by myself and have no idea what’s wrong with it. I send the computer to Neil and he fixed it in an hour!! Told me to check my monitors after I back home and woooowww!!! The adapter of the monitor was broken!!! He foresaw the problem and saving me a bunch of time to try to guess what’s wrong!! He’s so experienced and so reliable! He keep answering my questions and made sure that everything works fine XD I am now a fan of this store and will definitely ask help from him in future. Neil is highly qualified persons .Neil Is so skilled to deal with any kind of problem about computers. This is the person to contact when it comes to any computer problem I went to best buy and their fee is ridiculous.
Neil is a fabulous "Lifesaver"! He really helped me survive a virus on my Lenovo computer and made the transition to my cleaned out. My computer does not have anymore clutter on it. Luckily I backed up everything and he got me started on the road to recovery. My Laptop is running 10 times better than before. Yes, it takes time to clean it all up and redo the driver for the printer

My computer wouldn't start and I took it to Neil he was so helpful, efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the issue , replaced the part and I left 30 mins later with a working computer! Excellent service and I'd highly recommend them! Fantastic.The graphics cards was bad .He changed the card and updated the computer and all working good. A+++++

Neil is amazing! He's my miracle- worker tech- guy, sharp, thorough, and professional. Saved my hacked website! Went to great lengths to clean and clear it. He is also brought my computers (I have two: one PC and one Mac) up to date and streamlined all my connections. Everything is now running at its best. On top of all that, Neil is wonderful to work with, he patiently explains what I don't understand and his wonderful sense of humor takes away all the stress that could be there. Neil is AMAZING! I've had a MacBook since 2011, it started acting up and shutting off on its own and then eventually wouldn't work at all. Neil got it to turn on instantly, eventually He decided to run a diagnostic anyway because start up time was pretty bad and it's been giving me issues in general anyway. Turned out it was the hard drive. Diagnosis was reasonable and included if i fix it with them. but the repairs and labor ran me about $185 plus cost of drive which is generally i would be spending more at apple store. Neil was super-fast He completed the work in 3 hours which was phenomenal

Would give 6 stars if I could. Called Neil now three times and every time was able to squeeze me in, fix my issue (as I think he may be a genius) and could not be more pleasant while doing so. Detailed oriented.... didn't overcharge when it was emergency service...and very trust worthy. I just don't see that much great customer service out there anymore so when I do it's greatly appreciated. It's so nice to know that when I have a problem with our computers, I have Neil to call. Thank you!
