Services
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have traveled extensively around the world and now know that I have truly found my home here in Santa Fe. I have worked in the hospitality / travel industry for most of my life, which has included five years as a Concierge in Santa Fe. I have learned a lot about this beautiful state and now I would like to share it with you.
Bandelier National Monument - a journey to the ancient Anasazi ruins of a time gone by. Explore the cave dwellings. Climb numerous ladders to peak into their homes on the sunny side of Frijoles Canyon. The Pueblo people are descendants of hunters and gatherers who came into the region over 10,000 years ago.
The road trip to Ghost Ranch and Abiquiu (ab-ee-que) is the most requested tour on our menu, and for good reason. The road takes you through a slice of the Chama River Valley with 700-ft. For most of that hour, the spectacular scenery you see out the window is the same geography that was cherished and made famous by one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Georgia O'Keefe.
Pueblos - Just a short distance from Santa Fe is the San Ildefonso Pueblo where you can see the world famous Black on Black pottery that Maria Martinez created which help bridge the Pueblos to the outside world after she took her pottery to the World's Fair in St. Louis in 1904. This propelled San Ildefonso into international prominence and sparking a pottery revival which inspired many Pueblo artists to renew their artistic traditions.
A short run up the road from Santa Fe is the historic mountain village of Taos, recently ranked #2 in the Smithsonian's "Best Small Towns in the USA.". Taos is both the heart of northern New Mexico's winter ski haven and home of the Taos Pueblo-the oldest continuously inhabited community in North America.
