We tour our available properties between the hours of 10 am & 5 pm Monday through Friday (and outside those hours as necessary) by appointment.
We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things easier for you. Your Tenant Portal allows you to view your Account status, make Online Payments, and enter Maintenance Requests. After your call, ALSO please follow up by entering that Maintenance Request through your Tenant Portal, so we may keep good track of your request and our response.
Applications are thoroughly screened, including credit and criminal background checks, verification of employment and other forms of income, and previous rental history. After the lease is completed and security deposit collected, all documents are delivered to the owner. Our leasing fee is then paid to us by the owner.

If you are a student I strongly suggest not choosing Oak Grove to rent from. They are extremely expensive and you can get just as average places for MUCH cheaper. They make you pay cleaning fees no matter how clean your place is. I am also positive that they barely clean after their tenets moved out because when I moved in, I swiffered the floors and there were black and dirty as can be. I didnt trust my carpet and as u can guess, dirty water. The dishwasher filter still had old food stuck in it. Walls had scuffs and marks which I cleaned off but shouldn’t have been there. You pay for parking

I would just like to say that I have been renting off them for two years now . And they are GREAT !! When I call or message them about something being wrong they are very quick to respond and usally have someone out quick to fix the problem. I would recommend them tot anyone to rent off of . Terrible customer service. After we paid rent for the whole year they sold the property over Thanksgiving break. We came back for finals week and the locks were changed. No notice. We called them, the only contact we have and who we paid, and they couldn't get us a key or give us contact info for the new landlord. When pressed they hung up on us. Do not rent from them.

I highly DO NOT recommend renting from Oak Grove! Upon arrival to our house, our dishwasher was broken and half of the outlets throughout the bottom half of the first floor did not work. The office ladies gave us extension cords to use for the time being and said that maintenance would be out to check as soon as possible. Weeks go by and maintenance still had not showed. Keep in mind we have extension cords running from one side of the living room to the other so that way we could have television, chargers, and proper WiFi. One of the worst decisions of mine while studying at IUP was to rent my apartment through these guys at Oak Grove. They are unprofessional in their conduct and were unreasonably rude to me and other international students for no reason whatsoever. They collected late fee and other costs unreasonably and you're caught helpless because you've signed the lease. I lived in a one bedroom apartment and I was charged $175 for cleaning the tiniest apartment I have seen with little to no carpet although it was cleaned before I left. I requested for a chair that wasn't provided for over two semesters. I

If you rent or plan to rent from this place please take pics when you move in and move out because you will never receive your rental deposit. This rental property goes in your apartment and take pics when you not there and uses them to keep your rent deposit for cleaning fee, which they over charge you. Me, my husband, older daughter, niece and my daughter that rented the apartment cleaned that apartment before we left and they had the nerve to keep $175 in cleaning fee then send pics of when she was still living there and said this is how she left the place. Wish I could give it negative stars... worst realty to go thru not only in Indiana pa., but probably everywhere. Will try and get every penny out of you and charge you for stuff that you didn't do. They take advantage of students and it's a shame. It's also a shame how many houses around IUP they have. If you, your son or daughter, friends, etc. are looking for off campus housing DO NOT go through oak grove. Save yourself the money and dignity.

This company is fantastic and the ladies than run it are lovely! They are very welcoming and adjustable with payment plans as long as you talk to them BEFORE the money is due. This company has been so incredibly lenient with my payment plan, as well as my other roommates. Today, one of the women came to our apartment and dropped off baked goods at our house because one of us had called them upset & stressed about making our payments in time. If you break something in your rental, logically you will have to pay money to fix it regardless of who you rent from. Don't do damage, and they will not fine

Oak Grove is by far the worst place to ever rent a house/apartment from in Indiana. Terrible living conditions, constant nag from realtors, and insane cleaning charges. If you sign with them go into it know you will never see your security deposit as well as always having to pay extra. Terrible. And they will probably respond to this post and say the location needed further cleaning but in all seriousness they just need every penny they can get to pay their scamming employees. I will never rent from here again and will advise all of my friends and fellow IUP students to do the same in hoping they
