If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Terrible staff, wouldn’t even let me speak without one of them interrupting when I had a question.
Extremely rude and heard them laugh when my family and I walked out the door like if they did something.
Have been with them for 10 years and have never had problems until now.

I’m a client of this agency. The service is always great. When I call, I’m always helped. The girls are also super friendly when I go in! But the office STUNK of something today. Idk if they have a sewer or bathroom issue or if it was another person in the office but I really had to get out of there as quick as possible. Idk if the rep could tell I was in a hurry. I also didn’t want to say anything. Anyway, other than the awful smell, the office is really nice.

The staff here is absolutely brilliant! I think this is a really good agency overall, they always seem to want to help & go through extra lengths for their clients. I’ve been working with Julie A. she’s a very hard worker and always reaches out if I need something or she follows up with me if I have any questions regarding policies! I was looking to get out of outrageously expensive car insurance policies. I came across state farm referred by a friend. Julie was the rep who was able to quote me and based of the quality and timely manner she put into my needs I successfully now am covered by State Farm. I hope whoever sees this review is reading this before they go to this agent for any insurance the customer service has been far the worst I have ever seen and dealt with in my life of any business. Please be careful taking your business to this location or should I say agent at all because they do have two location and I've tried working with both and come up with the same result. Very very very poor customer service this agent doesn't even take the time to return calls or follow up on customer complaints or issues with his staff not even an email. I really hope this helps someone not

By far the WORST customer service I've ever received coming from an insurance company. Cesar Diaz should not be an insurance agent they are not there to help their customers. I normally don't write reviews but this specific office deserves it and people need to know who they're insuring with. Very disappointing! I would give a -1 if I could.
