Excellent care! Dr. Stephen Mitchell explained in detail what was causing my symptoms and the treatment. I made the appointment concerned that I had a real problem and left assured that it would be resolved quickly! And it was! In just 48 hours my symptoms resolved- and with the information and explanation he gave me, I know how to prevent it from happening again! Recommend highly!!

Ever met someone who was just pure, like in spirit? Yea that was my experience today.. literally went in with double conjunctivitis, face swollen and the Dr was so nice to me like just a nice human! It was refreshing! He cared! He listened to me.. even my side conversation he was so attentive.. like just a good person.. naturally it wasn’t forced it wasn’t scripted.. it was like idk maybe his upbringing. Of course he got me what I needed to help with the issue which was great but the plus if this entire experience was the treatment outside the medicine! The staff was great as well yes, but

The staff was extremely nice and professional as was the Dr. He explained everything very well and done a thorough exam. My only complaint is the issue I originally came in for wasn’t able to be resolved and I was given a appropriate explanation and understood the reasoning why. I just feel that it should have been brought to my attention before the exam that my issue wasn’t going to be able to be fixed at this clinic. I contacted another clinic and they said that they have no issue resolving my issue especially with my floaters.
