Arrow Lock Service has been family owned and operated since 1986. Its founder, Mike Martin, worked as an apprentice for a few years before branching out on his own and starting his own locksmithing business. Over the years he passed his knowledge and skill to his son. In 2011, Bill Martin officially bought Arrow Lock Service and has used both his automotive mechanic background and business expertise to grow the business where it is now.

I needed help opening an outside cluster mailbox, so I phoned in, and a locksmith came to my residence within the hour! Donny was very quick, but also personable and willing to give me pointers about future servicing of the lock. I would definitely recommend this company. The gentleman who answered the company phone was also very personable.

They are AMAZING. So basically I went to Honda because my key broke off from the key fob, they were going to charge me 170 for the new key and programming PLUS towing costs. They also wanted me to make an appointment. Then I went to Arrow lock service and they were quick, cost 60 bucks and my key works perfect. I strongly suggest you come to them before trying your actual car manufacturer!!!! If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Great guys with great service. At very affordable and responsible prices! Who all know there stuff! Went there to get a new key fob for a Truck I just bought took only about 15 - 20mins would have been even faster but was having good conversation with these guys. Definitely recommend to anyone in town.

Arrow Lock Service are top notch professionals. They came and repaired a lock that our keys could not open, were on time, and their fee was very reasonable. When my meeting ran late and had to reschedule with them last minute, they were most accommodating and were nice about it. Thank you for such great service. Highly recommend this business.

I made a phone call this morning, and by lunchtime, a locksmith, Donny, was over here working on my ADA-approved lock. Donny worked efficiently to problem-solve what was going on! I moved into a new house and was amused when the previous owner handed me a baggie full of different keys for all the external doors (front door, back door, garage side door, shed door). I was planning to change the locks anyway for peace of mind, so I called around and got the best price quote and overall vibe from Arrow Lock. They were able to accommodate an appointment on short notice, and also assured me it was no problem to work around the moving company and cable installer who would be in/out of the house that day.

My house got broken into and my car keys stolen. I called Aarow and spoke with Donny, who went completely above and beyond to help me. Even though they couldn't make a key for my specific model of car, he directed me to a dealership that could. After we hung up he then called the dealership for me and called me back to let me know all of the info: how long it would take, what I would need, etc. He also gave me a ton of information on my roommates car (her keys were also stolen) so that we could begin the process for her as well. Simply put these guys know their stuff. I Bought a home and wanted the deadbolt locks re keyed. I Landed here because they had the best price. Set the appointment with Bill the owner. One of his guys, Steve showed up right on time and had the work done super fast.
Several months later I couldn't open my front door, Steve came by to check it out for me. Turned out the mechanism in the door handle, which I had left as original (below the deadbolt they rekeyed) broke inside. This guy was great! I had to get a key cut because Chevy's machine was broken and they recommended this place. The guy was friendly, quick and he made sure to explain the auto programming process to me; my key worked and it was fantastic. If I ever need to get keys cut again, I'm going to this place.
