Started with these guys a couple months ago. After last service , started noticing some ants. Not a big deal , just called the office to get a service call set up. Set up for a 2 hour block. Yeah a no show of course but it gets even better.

Upon calling the office after the apology, the first question asked was "are you sure you didn't miss them knocking on the door" I said , no since my front window faces the road, and for the fact that we were told we would have to vacate the house for 45 minutes that , no the person didn't show up. Again I was asked " are you sure?

Daniel came out today after I called about ants inside a bathroom in our home. He spent a lot of time trying to accurately determine where they’re coming from and how best to rid us of them. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He determined a short and long term plan to keep them gone. He was on time and used shoe covers without being asked, which I appreciate.

JT has always provided top notch service to us. He is always very personable, courteous and does a great job in keeping us bug free. We recently had an ant problem outside our home, then in our garage, and then they ventured inside our home. He came out three different times to address the movement of the ants. He came out promptly each time and took care of it. He is very patient and explained the behaviors of ants to us. He knows his stuff.

I highly recommend this company! Rusty and his supervisor Steve are the best! Their customer service is unbeatable they are so pleasant and friendly I am happy to have them. They are dedicated to addressing all my problems and concerns and ever since contracting with this company I no longer have any issues with ants invading my house! I have been using Bell Pest Control for my home for years. They are always very courteous and provide great service. They have even come out in between service periods to take care of wasps. Bullying, Rude and dishonest customer service but My tech was nice. They came out without my permission and me being present at my home, as I always am with EVERY appointment and after only 5 weeks of my house just being prayed. Their spray is supposed to last three months. I had just told them not to come after spraying my house just three weeks before as they have scheduling issues and don't know when or what services they performed. Instead of just saying they made a mistake, and keeping a customer, they were rude and tried to tell me they came out to fit a schedule even though the spray

I have had bell pest control now for a couple of months now since my previous company closed up shop and I could not be more happy. My technician JT notifies me the night before he's coming so I have a heads up and is very professional when he at my residence.

Brady best bug guy ever !! We've had Bell Pest for years, we love them. Never ever have they not given 110 % These guys are amazing! Elk Grove hit a nest of Turkish cockroaches ( yuck) while maintaining their landscape. Unfortunately they roaches decided to make my garage there home. I called BELL BROTHERS PEST and Brady came to my rescue that morning. Less the 10 hours of seeing these .
Brady saw my husband struggling with the trash can . Brady ran up and said "here let me get that for you sir" what a true asset to this company.

This is a long overdue review. I have never been disappointed with Bell Pest Control but I have since cancelled my services not because of my them as they always provided me with great customer service. I had to cancel due to personal reasons. My technician was Steve E. and he was always very friendly and even calls me to remind me when when he would come by the day before. I never had any issues and if I did happen to see bugs a few weeks after the treatment, I would call them back and my technician will come out to treat the home again without hesitation.
