Steve and John are a powerful duo for closings. They have very deep knowledge and John having been a title researcher knows very detailed things most larger firms lack which helps catch any concerns early on during closing process.
It was by a referral that I found them almost 12 years ago and have done no less than 15 closings with them over the years. And sent numerous referrals.

Fantastic practice. Steve, the attorney, and John, the paralegal are really great guys. They go above and beyond. Their legal knowledge, especially real estate related is excellent. Steve is an invaluable sounding board for any legal and business matters and approaches things from a practical viewpoint. His approach is to figure out a way to make things happen rather than immediately start threatening legal action and make the opponent defensive and retreat to a rigid position. While many attorneys take that approach, he feels you can trap more flies with honey. And John is fantastic, a reservoir
