Services
For more than two decades Olney Counseling Center has offered comprehensive mental health care services to youth and adults of all ages. Our team of licensed, certified behavioral health therapists offer a wide array of therapies for individuals, couples, families and groups. Our services are offered at our center in Olney, Maryland and various locations throughout the greater metro area.
Children deserve the best life has to offer. When mental health challenges or concerns arise in young children, it can be difficult to know how best to address. Olney Counseling Center is the place for child therapy if you suspect something might be wrong or when your child's problems are too difficult to handle alone.
Here at OCC, we help with adolescent and teen therapy. It can be exceeding challenging to navigate life as an adolescent or teen in today's world. Forming a healthy, happy sense of self, addressing developmental issues, building positive familial and peer relationships, and dealing with the pressures of academics can pose difficulty for any youth today.

Our team of licensed, certified mental health professionals offers years of clinical experience working with adults on an individual basis and in group therapy settings. We offer comprehensive services to help assess, diagnose, treat and counsel adults presented with challenges that affect their ability to successfully function and enjoy life.
Olney Counseling Center offers senior therapy in comprehensive mental health services. From assessments, diagnosis, treatments, and support, we provide area seniors with a single source for all their needs. We offer individual and group therapy options in support of older adult needs and concerns. We provide compassion, understand and guidance to seniors address difficult and challenge mental health concerns.

My daughter sees Kim Wells, She testified in court that she would give me weekly updates to let me know about my daughters progress. I’ve gotten one update via email in the last eight visits. Her lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I would highly recommend never taking your children there.
Next step is reporting to the board because I don’t know how else to get results 100% unprofessional!

I have had nothing but a great experience working with Kim. My daughter has been seeing Kim weekly for the past few years. The transition to virtual appointments through COVID was appreciated, and we barely missed a beat. Being able to discuss our daughters needs and updates at the beginning of each appointment has been extremely helpful. Moving appointments around with scheduling conflicts and still being able to find a time during the week has been easy to accomplish as well.
