Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service here is the poorest I've ever experienced with a professional installer. Initially it was just hard to get ahold of someone, a few calls and emails went unanswered- that I understand, sometimes your just exceedingly busy. But then, once I finally got an appt to look at a fence installed by the company and the homes previous owner (within the last 10 years) to get assessments on some repair and alterations- the repairman's behavior (Tony) was the last straw. He showed up around 3 hours early without coordinating in any way although I took the afternoon
