Services
We were tasked with creating a large 1600 square foot corporate meeting/conference room inside a former textile plant. Starting with concrete walls and floors, together with exposed steel columns, we installed drywall and new doors, wrapped the columns with custom mouldings, and crafted door pediments and faux painting.
Whether it's new custom moulding or matching older existing millwork, we pride ourselves in being able to transform properties with a wide variety of high quality options. We frequently partner with Freeman Custom Woodworkers to insure our clients receive old world craftsmanship. Custom casings, cabinets, one-off doors, and crown moulding are easily brought to life.
One of our most ambitious projects, we completely gutted the second floor in a historically registered bank building built in 1901 in Eden. Roger and Brenda worked with award winning designer Tammy Roberts and her company Homes Built By Design, Inc. from Greensboro, NC to develop a new, clean, functional open floor plan.
One of our recent commercial UP-FIT projects, we upgraded 7000 square feet of corporate office space, and 110,000 feet of warehouse/ production space to accommodate the new tenant. Working with both the property owner and the new tenant, we insured the repairs and up-fitting, equipment installation, and environmental upgrades were on time and on budget.
Calling on Roger and Thomas' experiences working in the film production industry, we brought basic concept drawings and photos to life in creating a large facade film set/ prop of the popular pirate ship movies. This project measures approximately 50' long x 20' wide x 60' tall. We installed three large telephone poles and built the lower and upper decks around the "ship".
