The female owner of Cardinal ambulance is very rude to patient being verbally abused while on a stretcher in a dialysis center by a EMT and was on the employee side. no matter what his wife had informed her of the incident and no feedback was communicated on behalf of patient she could guarantee this wouldn't happen again and then she turned it around like there was not a problem other the female owner and this incident everything ran smooth we were with then for years I stopped the service in fear of my husbands well being because of this incident Client was having a health issue and Emt stayed
