WD Smith Construction “William” built my new house. Being a first-time home buyer and building my first home on top of that was very stressful, but William and his crew made the process so easy. He worked with me all the way from clearing the land to handing over the keys. He was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Anything that needed attention after I moved in was taken care of very promptly. He was great to work with and if I build another house, he will be the first one I call.

William and his team have done six projects for us: a large combined addition/major kitchen renovation, three separate and complete bathroom remodels, and two new roofs.
William and his team impressed us on the first project with their flexibility, attention to detail, customer focus and value. William, unlike any other contractors we asked for estimates from, was able to provide an early cost estimate and timeline. As the project continued and then finished, William's initial cost and time estimates proved to be very accurate.

WD Smith Construction did two remodeling projects in our Cary home. The first involved the complete remodeling of the bathroom in our master suite. The crew of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile layers and painters did a very professional job in a timely manner. We were so satisfied with their work that three years later we contracted them to do an update on our kitchen. Again, we were very satisfied with their performance. We highly recommend WD Smith and his associates.

We worked with William and his team on two major projects over the past two years - complete overhaul of our master bathroom, as well as 2 other baths, and our kitchen this past year. William and his team were a pleasure to work with. William was able to give great design ideas ranging from what tiles to back splash to paint to use and always kept keeping the project under budget in the forefront of discussion. We even had a complete construction change to our master bath - moving the shower over, and adding the washer/dryer - it was intimidating at first, but William walked us through the process
