By 2006, we officially expanded when we purchased our drop yard property located on Rio Grande, which is available 24-hours a day and spans over 10 acres next to our repair facility. This state of the art 46,000-square-foot repair facility spans five acres and allows us to more effectively meet the needs of all of our customers in the greater Jacksonville area.
We offer a variety of repair and inspection services on dry van, flatbed, chassis, refer units and containers. Need a quick repair? Express Bay Services are available on most general repairs to get you in and out. You carry the weight of your load; we'll carry the weight of your repairs and maintenance.
We don't pump the brakes when it comes to providing great service, no matter the time of day or night! We maintain one of the largest fleets of fully stocked and equipped Mobile Trucks, with 24-hour access to one of the most comprehensive Truck and Trailer repair parts inventories in Northeast Florida.
Tri-Star Logistics does all the behind the scenes work in order to make your shipping needs run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Our logistics efforts involve coordinating shipping operations, which can vary in their levels of complexity. We perform these coordination efforts by tapping into established relationships and carefully collected resources in an extremely strategic and detailed manner.
We offer a variety of custom modification services. Modifications include lengthening, shortening, doors at both ends, roll-up doors, personnel doors, insulated, heated and cooled, partitioned, and generator boxes. Modifications can turn your container into exactly what you need. If you can describe it - we can build it!

I came in to Tri Star this morning 7/20/2020 with what I would call a major landing gear issue.
Bill fit me right in!!
George the tech was knowledgeable and very helpful, with questions I had.
They completed an aluminum welding job plus straigtened a structural suppport in less than 3 hours.
I highly recommend Tri Star for truck and trailer work.

Worst experience ever, they charged 276 dollar for abs light change. It literally took them 5 mins and they charged for 2 hours labor. My mistake was telling them company is going to pay. When I asked them nicely to modify since it was overcharge, Bill, the owner lost and started screaming at me. Worst experience ever! Run from this place

I decided to try these guys out due to me living local. So I did and all I had to have done is have two cab brakets put on. They charged over $$$400 dollars just for that. NOT WORTH IT! In the process they cracked my hood, put a big damaging dint in my shock that by the way is only a few months old. I called them and told them about the damage and they said they would tell so in so about it. I NEVER heard back. Go to them at your own risk and expense!!!!

Poor business ethics you got to run around even before the work is perform.When asking questions ,Sandy has amnesia and she will transfer you to someone who has no knowledge as what being discussed.She will give you a warm and comfortable feeling by saying that everyone is on the same page but in reality we are not in the same page.

There is nothing good about this shop . Customer service 0 . Knowledge 0.
We had our truck two times in this shop for the same issue . Same codes and issue appeared again after two weeks. We went again to the shop for third time and they didn't even wanted to talk to us . I would recommend do not take your truck there ,
