Do not know what the final result will be regarding the Pandemic issues and our rental for the holiday weekend, but she listened to my concerns and we had a good conversation.

I will never rent again and will encourage all my friends and family back home in CT and MA to never rent here again. The state of Vermont restricts out of state travelers and this company will not comply with those rules. Because it is only an honor system they have encouraged us to rebook our rental or face losing $1600. They want, and are encouraging Floridians to come from FL to VT for 3 days without quarantining or face losing all your money. This is crazy. Why should they keep our money because we choose to follow the rules set out by the government of VT. We didn't ask for a refund only

I have to say that Killington rental associates has the worse customer service ever! Not only do they want their customers to go against a governors order (no socializing between different households) but they refuse to refund or even credit us, all for what? For trying to be cautious in the middle of a pandemic and avoiding the spread of covid-19. Please if you are reading this and are thinking of booking with them, RUN FOR THE HILLS! They are not worth it. I would have rather paid a little more with a reliable company whom I know would've respected state laws than book with these snakes! I don

This was the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. I stayed at the Deep Leap rental property that is managed by this company. They require a $1000 damage deposit up front which is fine because I have never had an issue with damages to a rental. They ended up charging me over $500 for a broken couch and bunk bed. When we left the property, the couch was in the same condition it was upon our arrival. No one even slept on the bunkbed because it was already broken when we got there.

Great vacation. We stayed at the Chalet Snowflake/Snowflurry; checking in was quick and easy. Everyone had a great time. The Chalet is the perfect mountain house, sleeping 10. We backed our car right up to the door to unload all of our ski equipment. The fireplace added to the cozy feeling. There is a back deck with a lovely view. This place offers privacy and we were very happy that it was not along the busy access road. But, our favorite part was going up to the Northstar Lodge's heated year round pool. So cool swimming outside with snow falling.

Went to Killington and stayed at the Sherwood home! It was extremely spacious, and perfect for our group. It was just outside of Killington, but it was only a short drive to the trails and activities. The price was perfect for our budget, and the check in was super easy. The staff was also super friendly and helpful getting us all set up for the week!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Colony, everything from the reservations to check in and then sadly checking out went wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here, not to mention the location is superb. No issues whatsoever, the four star review was simply because I had to leave.... Will be back, would love to check out this place during winter time. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

Do NOT stay here!!! We stayed here in February. Left the house in perfect condition as it was when we arrived. They charged us for damages that was already done when we got there. Lesson learned... take pictures and inspect everything when you rent! It’s unfortunate when good people get taken advantage of. There are plenty of places to stay in Killington, don’t use this company if you want your deposit back!
