DO NOT bring your car here! Sloppy work!
Oakdale automotive damaged our car .....broke the turn signal, ripped shifting boot, scratched the brake handle, and left the car greasy /dirty. Owner agreed to make repairs and provide a partial refund. While picking up car, not all repairs were completed and manger at Oakdale Auto Care informed me that the owner changed his mind and would NOT provide refund. Poor communication Skills!

Brought my car in to have a routine mileage service. Couple of months later, something was not right. Got an opinion from a transmission specialist that it could have been the particular transmission fluid that was used in said service. Made an appointment to get the fluid changed again and before I even walked in the door Scott had done his research and figured out how he could make it right. I didn't have to argue my case. I didn't even have to ask! It's such a 180 from other customer service I've experienced lately. Will absolutely make Oakdale Tire my go-to service location

Taking my vehicles to have them serviced is something new for me. I genuinely have a problem trusting somebody changing the oil in my car. But these days who has time with kids to deal with disposing of oil and everything else. I scheduled an appointment and arrived half hour early. Not an issue here. Got me right in. As a matter of fact the gentleman was calling somebody on the loudspeaker to come get my keys before I even had a chance to sit down. Sat out front with my kids, nice clean business. Seems to be faimly run. Mechanic doing the service actually came out and showed me my air filter

We have been coming here now for years for oil changes, tires check engine light checks... They are extremely honest and do the best to not charge for unnecessary things. We just bought a used 2017 Chevy Sonic with less than 25k miles on it with no extended warranty, the check engine light with 3 codes is on, I am thankful that instead of just fixing this they advised me to contact the dealer to check if it was covered under the factory warranty, it is and saved me so much money!

Great shop! I was a tech and a service manager for over 10 years and now due to a bad back can't do a lot of mechanical work anymore. Finding an honest shop with honest prices is difficult. This place is that shop. Took my kids car their for a fuel pump replacement and they did an excellent job and gave me a fair price. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Friendly, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable staff saved me. My car wouldn't start, and I initially towed my car to them. They realized it was a serious engine issue, and advised me to try to get the dealership to cover it under warranty since it would be so expensive to fix. Ron (the owner) even called my dealership directly on my behalf and got them to commit to covering my car under warranty! The dealership ended up giving me a horrible time once my car was towed there, and denying the claimed engine issue existed. Ron still acted on my behalf with them, and never charged

It can be difficult to find a place that you are comfortable bringing your vehicle. The old place I used is too far away these days, but Oakdale Auto Care & Tire has filled the spot admirably. I have an older vehicle that usually has more wrong with it than what I initially planned for when I brought it in, but they let me know about the issues without pressuring the extra repairs if they are not direly needed. Overall, I don't know how you could go wrong with these guys.

My grandparents have been coming here for years and have always been so well taken care of. Today I brought their pick-up in for them with a battery problem. Scott and his guys took care of me right away! He was so friendly, patient and incredibly accommodating (not only to me but to the other costumes who came in). I Love pleasant experiences with down to earth honest people. Plus they keep their shop in great shape (a big plus)!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They didnt fix our leak the car was having and the problem of the car over heating. When we drove the car to Sacramento the car over heated and fluid leaked everywhere! You would think they would fix the problem free of charge since they never fixed the cars issues....WE THOUGHT WRONG! They where going to charge us again for something they said they tested for and they couldnt find. The test was wrong! They wouldn't take responsibility for something they missed!
