New house move for a small rancher. Should be easy for a “cleaning service” right? Baseboards not cleaned at all, bathroom counter top left untouched, human and dog hair not vacuumed in bedrooms the list goes on and on. We paid top dollar and this is what we got. Update: We were reimbursed 50% of final payment.

Today was my first cleaning with ACCS and I have to say I will be using them from here on out! I was very skeptical at first because I have went through many other cleaning services that were not up to par. Not ACCS though, they met all my expectations and blew my VERY detailed oriented mind. This is a top notch business. Bravo!

This was my first season using ACCS in my Ocean City, NJ rental property. I hired them for initial spring and turnover cleaning after my old company closed last spring. Carmen and her staff stepped up and did a fantastic job. There was never any dissatisfaction by my renters over the cleanliness of the condo. When you rent a shore condo for a week ($$$), renters expect spit polish clean, and they got it!
ACCS is also receptive to doing the small 'extras' required to have a welcoming rental property. The crew cheerfully handling requests such as placing a welcome letter and other tokens of appreciation

I have been using ACCS for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. They are professional, courteous and dependable in every way. I am one of those particular, fanatic women who love everything clean! They are amazing...every time...and I have to rate them the best I have ever used. I would recommend them to anyone for the best service
