We have dealt with Hays multiple times now for trailers for customers of ours to haul their equipment. Very positive atmosphere and extremely helpful crew! I HIGHLY recommend going through them if you're in the market for trailer! I just purchased a 16ft Hotshot stock combo yesterday and Cort Nations was excellent at getting the deal done for me.

Cort is a great salesperson. He worked a lot with me to make sure I got what I wanted and needed in a horse trailer - no pressure- but he had a lot of good advice on options. I felt he was very honest and in the end I got a Trails West Sierra II 2 horse. He worked with me on a good price and stuck to his word. He promptly answered my texts even when he was really busy hauling stuff to the Pima Fairgrounds. He helped me connect with a reputable person, Rick at Cholla Metal Works, to install the brake system. Thank you Cort!

I was overseas and while online found the exact 3-horse trailer we had been looking for on the Hays site. Called in and found the most helpful staff. They arranged a sale and held the trailer for me while I was overseas.
More important AFTER it was paid for (which is usually when customer service seems to disappear at other businesses) they remained super helpful including being sure it was transferred (at no extra charge) to their Tucson (Marana) location for me to pick up. They saved me an extra 3 hours round trip to get it.
I would completely recommend Hays Trailer Sales, either Mesa or Tucson
