I contacted Phoenix Envirocorp after being referred to them by our home inspector. We were completing the due diligence period and there was water damage that was concerning. I called the office and arranged for testing the next week. The tech arrived when scheduled and completed the testing of the concerned area as well as one additional area that I asked her about.
Mold and mildew are common outdoors, but when found indoors, they indicate larger issues. Severe water loss is not the only cause of mold growth, high relative humidity, gaps in wall or ceiling cavities, malfunctioning HVAC systems, and myriad other issues, both large and small, can cause mold growth.
Lead has long been recognized as a harmful pollutant. In homes with small children, it is especially important to identify the lead hazards since small children are more likely to suffer from lead exposure. A lead inspection is a key step in identifying lead hazards within your home. If your home was built before 1978, there is a chance that lead-based paint was used on the interior or exterior or both.
Have a concern with dangerous materials such as asbestos, mold, lead, or carbon monoxide in your home? An energy audit can help you discover where and how your home is using energy, if it is being used inefficiently or being waste, and provide effective solutions.
An energy audit can test the tightness of your home by checking for leaks in the building's envelope; ensure that spaces are properly insulated with the correct insulation amount and R-value; or test the efficiency and backdraft of gas-fueled appliances or heating equipment (called a Combustion Appliance Zone test).

Phoenix EnviroCorp provided a requested bid for asbestos sampling in the crawl space of our church. Their bid was selected and we contracted with them to conduct the asbestos sampling and testing, but added a request for sampling and testing an area flaking paint (in the same general area) for lead content. A timely appointment was agreed to for the inspection. The inspector was experienced, thorough, and professional. The test report was produced in a reasonable time frame and provided the information we needed to take consider further action.

We were purchasing a home with a short window for inspections. We wanted to test for the presence of asbestos. Phoenix scheduled us promptly and showed up on time. The inspector was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The report was delivered promptly. The whole experience went very smoothly. Highly recommend them based on our service experience.

We received the verbal results within 48 hours which allowed us to proceed towards closing with a plan of action (unfortunately testing did find Stachybotrys.) They came back to complete the necessary and expanded testing and provided

We had some water damage after the hurricane last fall and had Phoenix-EnviroCorp come in to test for mold. Communication with the company was exceptional, the technician who came to do the testing was friendly and professional, this a first rate group of people! Can't go wrong here, highly recommended :)

UNPROFESSIONAL, DOESNT COME WHEN PLANS TO SCHEDULE. SKETCHY. WASTED MY ENTIRE MORNING WAITING.
This company I’ve heard a lot of bad things about but I decided to give them a try anyways.
We have major problems with our home sinking due to Clayton Homes in a Wilmington, NC. Because of all the water issues underneath my house we wanted to test these areas for mold. My husband and I called this company to ask for testing. They scheduled with us for 2 weeks in a row, no show. They told us that they would be by last Monday, no show. Told us they would be coming 9am Tuesday, which is today. I made

Fantastic customer service!!!! This company truly cares about their employees and customers safety. You would be a FOOL to not recommend them. They came out to inspect the musky smell I kept experiencing in my kitchen and quickly remedied the cause. Disregard the "bad" reviews. Just google David and Jenelle Eason and you will get your answer to their reviews) #SendingLove
