The first 2 times I bought my car in they did an awesome job since then the last 2 times were not good at all. I purchased their “Spa Package” each time and like I said it has been downhill since after my second visit. The prices are good but not for a shotty job.
After my review the extremely nice management team reached out and made everything right. I would highly recommend their services

Great place to get a wash but was turned away when I brought in my dually truck.
Called Friday to get information on a hand wash and was told to come back between 9am-5pm on the weekend. Showed up at 3pm for a wash and was told hand wash hours were between 9am-12pm. The lady on the phone should have specified; no hard feelings just misinformed.

I paid $50 for a wash and seat clean of my leather seats. They told me that they could not get them clean after about 10 minutes. They did the exterior wash and I said ok and got the car and left. Today, my daughter and I were able to clean the seats better than they did with simple wipes from Auto Zone. I am convinced they did not do anything when they had my car in the back. I was robbed of $50.00. If you get detailing services, please check your car before you pay. After years of going here, I will not be going back.

I can’t say enough good things about the service received at Wash Me Car Salon. I was in a hurry on a Saturday morning and in spite of the long line of cars, my car was finished within 30 minutes from paying. I have little humans who ride in my car so this was NO small feat! They did a great job… within 30 minutes. I am so pleased!

Terrible service. Attendant told me if I pay $25 it includes the car wash and inside vacuum and detailing. What a waste of money, the inside of my car looked completely the same. Doesn't even look like it was vacuumed. When I brought it to their attention they said I had to pay ANOTHER $45 to get it done again! THEIVES!!!

Definitely Not worth 150$! Super upset and if I could leave no stars I WOULD! my truck was left dirty, I asked for a discount and manager said NO we dont give discounts. Hes lucky I didnt ask for all my money back. But one things for sure. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Thos is what you call detailed inside and out. Pictures are proff!

Took the Jeep here after we went to port a with the top off so yes it was sandy. I get that the sand sticks to everything but with a little work and a rag it comes off. Spent $80 for full detail and wash. They left sand all over the back of the back seat and I keep finding places that weren't even wiped down. The other downside was how long it took them which was at least an hour and a half. The outside looks great so props to the front crew but the manager needs to be checking the detailers work. One of the front guys even climbed up in the back and wiped down the headrest Bc they were filthy

I was extremely disappointed. I had been meaning to stop here because it is close and I wanted a regular place to wash my car. I paid $24.95 plus tip and it was not cleaned well at all. Several areas on the dash , doors, console were just barely wiped and they left dust in the corners. there were water spots on everything. It was just a very sloppy job. Very Very sloppy. It is not easy for most of us to pay $24.95 for a carwash and I expect a good job for that much hard earned money. I will never go back, and I will not recommend it. I've been coming here over 10 years, with several of my vehicles. Wash Me has performed washes and details with excellent results. This is a great place and I recommend it; the owner, managers, cashiers, and front line employees do an overall great job with making your visit quick, comfortable, and affordable. Is every experience flawless, maybe not but we are human. This is a great small business and we should support it! Btw the Tint place there is outstanding!
