Pat Cundiff saw an opportunity to start a woman-owned structural steel company that delivered a higher quality product in 1994.
At that time women owned businesses weren't exactly welcomed with open arms in the construction business or by the building trades but Pat was familiar with how the union operated and with her husband and two sons, all union iron workers, the company grew as a knowledable and highly respected company in the steel industry.

Must be able to read blueprints and layout, or will be taught hands on by capable, experienced personnel. Our fabrication shop is fully equipped and our objective is to improve and mold each employee into a qualified welder by using the latest, safest and most accurate welding procedures. If not already certified, candidates must be able to pass a welding test and drug test.
