Not only Dr Moses set my appointment outside of his office hours, he also arranged to come to an office that was closer to me. He explained everything he was doing, answered all the questions, and didn't even charge me for adjusting a retainer. I haven't had such an experience with orthodontics in many years. While in town on vacation, a wire from our son's braces came loose and was cutting into his cheek, very painful. We called one orthodontist and they refused to see him. Then we called Dr. Richard Moses' office and was told to bring him right in. Thank you again Dr. Moses for not only fixing our son's wire issue but also for your warm hospitality and generosity!
