Well, I always go and get my annual checkup and it always pleasant. Also, Dr. Pongnon ensures that I get the required testings that are necessary and I most definitely ask questions. The staff are very helpful from my experience. I would recommend Dr. Pongnon as I was referred to her by my friend.

I have been seeing Dr. Pongnon from 2016. I have been having issues with getting a visit the last time i made an appointment it was canceled. I wasnt feeling well and was in the ER and i called the office to make an appointment. The person was not pleasant and she didnt express any urgency to my case. I even told her that i couldnt wait until next year to be seen and she didnt even try to see if she could get me an appointment. On top of that i told her i would have to change doctors if its going to be so hard to see Dr Pongnon and her reply was OK .

The receptionist has a rude (body language, tone, visual, and seemed impatient). The medical assistants were pleasant, and the Doctor knowledgeable. Maybe the receptionist was just having a bad day but she was unpleasant.

I have NO IDEA why this place has such great reviews. I went there bc of this reason. Let me tell you DO NOT GO THERE. The doctor was extremely rude, like I was a bother to her to answer my questions about a new form of birth control. She was extremely rough, I’m 26 years old. Been going to gyns for a while now, never have I left in so much pain. When I got home I was even bleeding. NEVER have I gone to a check up and got home to me bleeding and being in so much pain. Just don’t do it to yourself don’t go unless they change the whole staff. Bc even the front desk worker was rude.

Very friendly. Easy check in process & I felt comfortable with covid precautions being maintained. She explains everything well & is open to all questions without any hesitation. I’ve been going to her for Gyn problems & I feel comfortable. As a young black woman, I feel heard.

I only give it 2 stars because you do see black women in medical field. In terms of one doctor and like one or two nurse. Other than that staff is unprofessional and no one reads portal. Due to Covid Protocol you have to call number to be let in office.I was left outside door for awhile after calling twice to come in for appointment. But they made sure to ask for co-pay right way and u check your own temperature and use dirty bottle of hand sanitizer on desk. Thats also where u hand in your urine test apparently as well. You pay your co-pay as soon as you walk in just to receive attitude & wait
