Services
First and foremost, we are a Christian based independently owned and operated business. Alston Event Rentals is here to serve Birthday Parties, Weddings, Corporate Events, Reunions, Church Gatherings, Festivals, and School Events; you name the special event and we are here to rent it. We will make sure that our entire inventory is serviced and sanitized before it arrives to your event.
We have a variety of commercial grade tents to choose from and all of our tents are manufactured in America. We rent frame, high peak frame, and cable tents. We make sure each and every time one of our tents is installed that it is done correctly and safely. We make sure that it is properly secured to the ground every time; no exception.
We offer tent heaters, misting fans, and tent pole fans. Stay cool this summer with any of our cooling units. These are great add-ons! Our heaters are made just for tents and are thermostat controlled. Don't go cold this winter during your event, rent a heater and stay warm, you control the thermostat and they are SAFER than patio heaters.
Delivery Setup and Takedown depends on location and acessibility. Overnight rentals are an additional $50.00 to $75.00 unless we offer to deliver early or pickup late. We proudly serve the Newnan, Carrollton, Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Atlanta areas. Water Slides are delivery only, we allow pickup's on Moonwalks and Dry combo's only.

I ordered 3 tables with 24 chairs for a small wedding at our house. When I went to pickup the items on Friday in my little truck 3 very nice young men came out, loaded up and tied down everything in less then 10 minutes. The same was true when I returned everthing. The tables and chairs were clean and in very good condition, I could not ask for better customer service or products.

Just wanna say this is an AMAZING company to work with!! I worked with Misti and she had great customer service! Super friendly! A week before my event a tornado hit the place where we originally planned to have my shower at so we had to move it to Conyers and they were super understanding and changed the delivery location for not much more cost. Set up was quick and easy and we had the set up all weekend to give us more time to set up and clean up! I definitely recommend this company for all your party needs!

Misti was so great to work with throughout our planning process. We came to her with a very loose idea of what we wanted our day to look like and a very strict budget and she helped us plan and work through every single detail.
Unfortunately, our wedding was canceled due to the pandemic, but Misti was great to work with through all of it, even offering us a refund where we definitely did not think we would get it.
I cannot recommend Alston Event Rentals enough! If you're planning an event in the area, book them!!

Misti with Alston Event Rentals was so easy to work with throughout the wedding. We called with VERY short notice and she was able to get the exact tent we needed for our daughter's wedding. Then we called back needing lights and it was Misti to the rescue! So very courteous and helpful, ensuring our needs were perfectly met. We were very happy with Alston’s. Misti was great and accommodated our ever changing needs for our daughter’s wedding. She responded to our communication promptly and was always polite and professional. The young men that delivered were professional, prompt for both delivery and pickup, and communicated well. I placed an order on 4/18/2019 for a 20x20 tent, (specifically not a high peak tent), 8 -60 in round tables and 64 chairs for a graduation celebration taking place 5/25/2019.
On May 22, 2019 I received a phone call from delivery personnel, Tim, confirming items to be delivered which now included an extra 20x40 high peak tent in addition to everything else. I told him I wasn't sure that I ordered an extra high peak tent but since I was driving and couldn't get to my invoice, I would call him back to confirm accuracy. We agreed to touch base in the morning, (the day of delivery).
