We cash all types of checks including: Payroll, Tax Refunds, Treasury Benefits, Insurance, Business & Commercial. CheckChangers offers several debit card products including Green Dot, NetSpend and NexsCard.

At CheckChangers, we don't hold your money, there's no need for a minimum balance, and you get your money immediately! And unlike banks, our rates are clearly posted on site. Every time I go in there since January, I have to take my mask off to take another new picture!! They supposed to open at 9:00am but they open when they get there, 9:30 or 10!!

I know what I counted out for my bills before going into the currency exchange on 10/23/2020 around 2:57. However, the teller said I was$100 short, so another $100 was given. I went back in about 2 minutes later and asked if she could recount the money I had given her because I know what I gave her. She refused to count the money or even look at what I had given her. I feel cheated and disrespected. This establishment should have accountable employees. They are disrespectful, have nasty attitudes, and are demeaning. Real rate is no star at all.

If i could give this no stars, i would. Very disrespectful to elder people and handles every situation as a mess. Has stolen money from my check as well as others; also has men selling weed cigs and clothing in the corner where they can easily see how much money you are cashing out. Lots of soliciting and no respect towards others. Women working there are terrible at completing a simple task. A disgusting ghetto mess.

Never will I go back here the lady literally just stole 20 from me counted my money sevrval times before going in the store and at the counter she so busy go the phone and not paying attention very rude customer service never again don't go here I should have went where I usually go theirs one down the street if you want good customer service and not to be cheated out your money the owner should watch his camera very closely

There very over rated the customer service here sucks an with the attitudes they give they need to be fired you should make them wear name tagges if I knew there name I would politely put it in this report but honestly the whole staff is very mean an rude I wouldn't recommend they get took serious at all there a very bogus currency exchange I will never ever go back worst experience ever
