Jennifer is a Senior Associate at Barach Law Group LLC focusing her practice on all areas of family law, including high conflict divorce and highly contentious child custody matters. Jennifer has successfully litigated child removal requests and international child abduction cases in the Probate and Family Courts and U.S. District Court in Boston.
Blazina gained experience through legal and judicial internships at the Law Offices of Jan H. Brown, P.C., NYC Department of Social Services and Bergen County Justice Center. As a student attorney, she obtained her 3:03 Certification for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and presented oral arguments on family court matters at the New England Law/Boston Clinical Law Office as well as represented domestic violence survivors at Casa Myrna.

The FIXER????? He holds onto divorce cases for as long as he can so he can keep collecting money. He DOES NOT settle. Avoids phone calls, will not respond to clients or other attorneys. Does zero to try and settle a case. He is the worst. There is nothing he wants more than to go to trial.

I was referred to Barach Law Group and am SO glad I took the recommendation. It took a couple of years to finalize my divorce and reverse some of the custody issues, but Matt was always there for me. If I had any questions or needed clarification on anything, he talked to me until I was satisfied with his answer or explanation. I never felt like I was being rushed or my problems were an inconvenience. Matt was straight forward and told me what his thoughts were, but ultimately every decision was mine. I have used Barach Law Group for the past 6 years and they've been great throughout my case. Matthew Barach explained things thoroughly, returned calls/emails promptly, and gave solid professional advice (but always left the ultimate decision up to me).
