Chris and his daughter were professional, courteous, timely and answered all questions about Done Right services. I am very happy and would recommend their services to all of my neighbors! We recently had a small patio installed and were satisfied with the results. Done Right completed job efficiently per estimate, workers were polite and had good communication with us while on site.
Done Right did a great job on my very large hard scape, irrigation and landscape plan. This job included an elevated flagstone patio, water fall, extensive drainage system and dock extension. I had a very positive experience with this company , "Done Right Since 1985" We had a leak on my front lawn. The technician, Chris, came early on a Saturday exactly as promised. He really knows his job well and was able to fix the problem, (which was a broken under ground pipe) I saw it all with my eyes. He left everything very neat when done.… He was also proactive and took care of some other ground wiring issues with irrigation system. The pricing also seem fair. I give this job a 5 Star for sure. So Chris finally came back out to fix the valve by completely replacing it to see if the leak would stop. Unfortunately our water pump wasn't scheduled to turn back on till later in the week to check for function. Happy to report after the water turned on today there is no more leak. 3 stars for the fact I had to text multiple times with requests for fix. Other than that it all works and for good price.

This is the most reliable and honest company I have found. I hired 2 other irrigation companies prior to Done Right and the other companies only gave me a temporary fix. Neither one could figure out cause of the problem.
Eric was extremely knowledgeable and knew immediately what the other companies couldn't figure out. Not only did he correct the issue, my invoice was less the other companies.
