Ayako has over 10 years of experience as a licensed acupuncturist in both Japan and the United States. It's been a while since I have been in here.. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Chau. She changed my life. I went from debilitating pain in many spots, where I had very limited ROM and within 3 sessions I was back to almost feeling like myself again. After 7 months of pain that I saw many different doctors and specialists about, telling me I might need surgery. I am so happy my journey took me here! Some of the most life changing experiences happened for me on her table. Your doing yourself a disservice by not coming in to see her.

I used to see Dr. Hu (he is now in the Lincoln office), and I now see Dr. Ayako Sagayama in the Omaha office. Both Doctors are extremely excellent. I know from past experience that a headache will disappear in a few moments with acupuncture. I am now focusing on overall health, higher energy, and weight management. Each week I am seeing my energy level increase, which is my main focus as I have MS, and low energy level is one of my main health issues. I have had great success with Dr. Chau. She is very knowledgeable and caring. My blood pressure has been lowered and lower back is getting stronger. Thank you Dr. Chau for giving me my life back. I have more mobility and am able to do things that I never thought I would be able to do again. I can play with the grandkids, work around the house, helping the family with different projects. I love this place. Dr. Hu first started treating me for Bell's palsy and I saw results after just 2 visits! I can't thank him enough for returning my smile back to me. My 2019 started with being hospitalized with a Upper GI tract infection. After discharge from the hospital and multiple follow up Dr appt, I was still in considerable amount of Pain, Level 8 on most days. My Doctors could never give me a reason why this happened or why I was still in this pain and all like most DR, was prescribed opiates to combat the pain. Not wanting to compound my issue with becoming a junkie hooked on prescription opiates, I visited EBOM clinic.
Lucky for me on that day the pain was Level 8, He listened intensely about my condition, and explained the process in detail.

Dr. Xu is one of the most amazing acupuncturists I've ever encountered. I have been traveling for work & I've seen multiple people across the US. The entire clinic is incredible. They truly care about the well being of each patient. I have PCOS & have been trying to conceive for 5 years. I fell pregnant for the first time just yesterday due to my sessions with her. I had never experienced acupuncture before and thoroughly enjoyed it!! Actually, it was absolutely amazing!! I have a lot of sinus issues and it was an immediate release! I couldn't believe it! I met with Yoshi and she made me feel like I had come to exactly the right place. She was very kind and compassionate, and showed an interest in my unique circumstance. I was nervous about getting my first acupuncture treatment, and she made me feel at ease. The treatment was very relaxing, and I was even able to clear some emotions right there with Yoshis help while getting the acupuncture for anxiety and stress. This experience was much more than I thought it would be. I wish that every wellness practitioner put this level of care and kindness into their patients experience.

Accupuncture is kind of an "out there" thing for me but I'd gone through physical therapy with my knee and still needed improvement. A friend recommended EBOM and I'm glad I went. Dr Wu spends spent a great deal of time with me each visit, including offering me electro-stimulation which triggers the body to release neuropeptides and herbal wrap with heat lamp. I got good results but since I have to drive in from out of town I checked into local providers. Unfortunately I did not find anyone with as extensive training and treatment methods as EBOM clinic. Dr. Xu is amazing! She takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs. I never felt like she was rushing through my session, but rather that she took her time to precisely place the needles to best treat my specific needs that week. She has a wealth of knowledge and research to back up her treatment plans. I have used acupuncture locally at another practice. This was 1,000% better and far different! The attitude of Dr. Xu is warm, knowledgeable and experienced. She immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. Her overwhelming knowledge and training was evident from the moment we met. She went out of her way to research my problem and show where acupuncture can help. My problem is different than anyone might have - as I am recovering from the removal of a brain tumor and have numbness on one side of my face along with reduced tears and reduced saliva on that same side.
