I am very pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. I was able to get higher grade/quality carpet and underlayment at a reasonable price. The installers arrived on time, removed the old carpet, did a professional installation and cleaned up the rooms. They also dealt carefully with the furniture. The carpet is installed seamlessly, flush against the baseboards and angles are cut well. Please note that I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. From the beginning of the process through the completion, NFD was very easy to work with. My salesperson Mike was fantastic. He came prepared with many different types of flooring samples and made it easy for us when helping to decide what was best for us. When the installers arrived, they were very courteous, extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. They also cleaned up when they were finished which is more than I can say for other companies I've dealt with in the past. I want to note that I received a gift card for my time in posting

Great overall experience. From the quick scheduling to the quick install we could not ask for more. We were kept informed of then scheduled times and dates by calls, texts and emails. The salesman was very honest and helpful in suggesting a carpet to meet our specific needs. The installers were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. Cleanup was very thorough. Could not ask for a better experience.

I contacted national direct floors via email and received a return call the next day. The lady was polite and professional and set me up with an appointment for the sales person on the day that I asked for it. He arrived, was polite and professional and worked with me and the budget that I had in mind. The installers arrived on the day that I needed at the time they said they would and were also polite and professional. The carpet I chose was a commercial grade carpet to be glued down on old tiles. The job was done within three hours and looks wonderful! I received a follow up call the next day

Although I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, I would have provided a positive review regardless. National Floors Direct provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. The initial phone rep was friendly, attentive and provided a next day, in-home visit. The in-home visit was great; especially with all of the other renovations going on at the same time. I have a brother with special needs, and both the set up representative and the installers were both patient and treated him with kindness and respect! Once everything was complete, the installers placed everything

We are so happy with our new floors. They were beyond patient with me as I worked to select the best option for us that also fit the budget. Once we made a selection, scheduling was easy.
