Claudia, I received a damaged piece of turquoise stud. Please help me out with returning it through prepaid label and replacing it with something else of my choice. I have sent you messages in facebook, instagram as well as emailed you. Since It was a damaged piece received not that I changed my mind can you help me by paying for the return label as well as ship another item for free coz I was qualified for free shipping in previous order also include 15% discount like I did before.
