Afshin Afsharimehr, also known as Ash, is an Associate Attorney at Rafi Law Group. If you get into an accident, no waste a second and call William Kelhoffer at the Rafi Law Biltmore office. I was skeptical about accident attorneys at first. But I was in an accident and the insurance company of the person who hit me was giving me the run around. Thank goodness I called Mr. Keloffer. He immediately took control of the situation and I never had to worry about a thing. I was nicely compensated for the damage to my car and body. Thank you Mr. Kelhoffer.

Had a car accident which lead me to having my car totaled out earlier this year(March 2021) . Was told by a friend to hire this company and at first I was sketch … but , luckily and happily I did! Took a couple months but after I was able to get a settlement offer and surely it was more than what the other drivers insurance was willing to pay off . S/o them

They don't let me leave 0 stars.
They advertise one thing and on the very bottom of the page is an additional percentage (40%) they take from you for things such as emails, copies,... things you would think are quoted for the percentage they are requesting( 25%)
They lack communication, I had to constantly leave messages or follow up. I had to reach out to get information for them.
The law firm advertises they don't get more than the customer...I was only able to get a small percentage more than the law firm from my med pay that's part of my car insurance not

I called in yesterday, gave specific information to the woman who answered the phone. The woman then transferred me to Gabriel. I again was very clear and concise with my intention of the call. He was very friendly, however, I could sense all he saw were $ signs. I said I don't think you or the woman who answered the phone were listening to my words and I again repeated my question. His attitude shifted entirely and his response was "oh no, we can't help you." I hung up the phone. This is why people have such a negative connotation of PI attorneys. They could care less about

After my family and I (wife, 2yr old and an infant) were in a bad crash, we all had bad injuries and what seemed like no help. Dealing with this law firm has been nothing but a joke. Should of stuck with our 1st impression of them when they did not show up for their our appointment they set with us but we tried to give them a 2nd chance. Bad idea !!! All we are getting is the RUN AROUND.. Please call someone else if you need a lawyer. Don't make our mistake.. Been 7 mos and they have done nothing for us and I mean NOTHING.. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LAW FIRM!!!
If I could rate this "law firm" zero stars I would. I was involved in 2 accidents last year, both were not my fault. 2nd one totaled my SUV! I was so upset when I was told they (Rafi Law) would no longer represent me because I wasn't "attending the PT" mind you, the lady that was scheduling my therapy, would call randomly late in the evening. I would assume my therapy was scheduled, would show up at my session and was told "you're not scheduled but we can squeeze you in" the hell?!
I hugely regret going to Rafi Law. They are

If you're reading this review right now you're probably in need of a personal injury lawyer. Maybe you just got in a car accident and you're looking for a law group to help you. You've heard 101.5 promote them, I sure did. My advice, do not use Rafi law group. Yeah they got me some money but they took 40% of it and they put me through 2 years of pure hell. So on Sept. 5 my wife was rear ended by not one but 2 people! We decided to go to rafi law group as her and my kids were injured. My wife has two herniated discs in her neck my son's back now hurts so bad he cries. My daughters neck and shoulder were hurt, she suffers from very bad headaches now and has severe anxiety drivinf in the car. Going to the store with her is nerve wrecking for her. Upon intake rafis empkoyees made it seem as if they cared and were gonna help us get what my family needed done! My wife has lost months worth of pay due to this and is still not working. My experience with Rafi Law Group was absolutely horrible. I would never refer anyone to this firm. The initial consultation went fine but after that it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to work on my case. I met with them and gave them all the necessary information to begin my case. I decided to let them handle it since they are the "professionals" and figured they would contact me when my input is necessary. That's the whole point of hiring a lawyer so they can do the heavy lifting for you and take care of you, the client. After a month and a half of no word from anyone

I was really happy with the assistant that worked with me during the process. I know I bugged her alot but she always answered my calls and emails. Always made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. The second lady that helped believe her name was Jessy was not as nice as my assistant but got the work done. Think if she would have been more caring I would have given them a 5 star rating. Overall a good experience.

Had to call weekly to get updates on my case. They did absolutely nothing so don't waste your time with this law firm. I lost my case and my insurance had to pay for my damages and the other person's car damages. The whole point I got them was to defend my case but my insurance ended up doing all the work. I will not recommend them to anyone. Better off with another law firm.
