Very overpriced. Came in and worked with them on getting a new double din head unit put in and cabling ran back to my existing subs and amp from the new unit. Over $1000 later I was handed back my truck with the head unit installed and cabling hanging from the bottom of the dash and was told I would need to run it myself to my existing sub/amp setup under my back seat. Also called them about getting a new box for my 12's and was told they don't keep them in stock before even asking my application. Overall very unimpressed.

After they suggested I need 2 specific parts and I bought, found significantly cheaper elsewhere. After going back, they could order cheaper ones. There would be a shipping charge, that brought it back to total I already pd...how convenient😡 Not to mention, someone else installed amp and wiring $180 cheaper.

Earlier I gave them,a not so good review but hindsight I was a little over jelouse Parrish is a great guy he went out and homered my warranty on a stereo which was 2 months out of warranty he is really a great guy also his staff is excellent I highly recommend Ocala car audio I would not go anywhere else thank you

This is best place for audio. Parish and his staff are the best .Their work and service are outstanding.They stand behind their work with no questions regarding warranty work . It is truly nice to see a shop who cares about their customer and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Ocala Audio for your audio needs. They did a great job on my bike and I am completely satisfied.

They tried to tell me to buy better ones which would have costed me another $1000. Like no, I came, you assured my concern. Companies error so it’s the responsibility to fix. But failed. And

Big shout out to the guys down at OCA! Yesterday I went in and asked Will, I think was his name for an adapter for my antenna I bought on line. The one that came with it didn't fit my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. So he back to the back and came up front with some different sizes and found one that fit. I offered to pay ffg for the whole antenna package and he didn't want me to buy it just for the adapter. So I gave him 2 of my adapters from my antennas package. Thanks guys your a life saver, I will pass this on to all my friends and family if they need anything ffg or their cars or trucks

Parish and crew did a great job installing a back-up camera in my '13 Chrysler S Hardtop/Convertible last year. It wasn't an available option from the factory, but their installation works just like it was OEM. I drove over from Winter Park and it only took an hour and a half while I waited on it.
I'm going to be bringing my new ride, an '17 Dodge Caravan GT, over soon to get an overhead monitor installed so I can watch dvd's while I'm camping. First class !!!

I agree that Parish and the team at Ocala Car Audio are top notch. I had a Kenwood DNX772BH installed by another dealer in Ocala three months ago, but I decided to not go back there after a horrible experience with them. I asked Parish if he would diagnose an issue that I had with the unit even though his team did not install it. He agreed to do so, and did a thorough job. He did not try to sell me a new head unit, but he did point out the pros and cons of the high-end Kenwood units during my visit.

I am extremely happy with the quality of work, dedication, and professionalism of Ocala Car Audio. I had a a new head unit, 2 competition grade subs, 3 amps, 2 batteries, all new components completed. Parish gave me options to stay within my budget granted by my wife. The best part to me, when the install was complete, the installers took me through all equipment and wiring routing. I have had systems in every vehicle i have owned and NEVER had an installer (yet alone 2 installers) guide me through every aspect of the installed equipment. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the market for

Never prepay a part from here. I Had to come back on two desperate occasions to get a transfer plug hooked up to my car. When I came back a second time one of the employees shot me and my girlfriend dirty looks and threw my keys on the table and said "Have a nice day" with a bit of a attitude in his voice. The fact that the employee was so childish toward this situation is the reason that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
