Ok I love the bike , but I’m disappointed with the misleading financing . The sticker said $3600 but I have to pay $6200. I was under the impression it was 3600 plus 9.5% interest . Truth is they lump it all together so even if you pay principal you still have to pay the full amount which is almost double. I would have been better off putting it on my credit card . Guess I’ll just take my time paying it , have to pay thousands in interest either way . I wish I could redo it but oh well. At least I’m having fun with her 😊 I would never buy at ride now again though.

I went to "Ridenow Powersports" to have the 7000 mile factory service on my Yamaha YZF R3. As usual when I go there I walk around and see what they have. This time, they had a 2017 Kawasaki ER650G with only 5600 miles on it. I talked to Landen and we started the process, which took a while since I was there on a Sunday. I was treated very well by Landen, John, and everyone that I talked to while I was there. I have had the best experience with this shop. Everyone I worked with, Tuesday, John, Landon, and everyone else has been wonderful. They followed up with me and was patient. I had gone into Ridenow Suprise and they won’t even talk to you. These guys at Chandler was so awesome I ended up buying 2nd bike that same day! 100% recommend and will always do business with them!

I have been looking for a Honda Talon 1000X for awhile and was able to find a 2020 used one at the chandler ride now location. I went in and was met by the floor manager Daemon and sales rep Landon. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately they worked with me for majority of the day and were able to get me a deal I was happy with! Brandon from the service department was great during the walk through as well! Overall it was a great experience and will be back for other items!

Our experience was awesome. We bought our RZR Turbo S here. The staff are all super friendly and worked hard on getting us the deal we needed. Bobby our sales person was fun, no pressure and informative. We did have to wait longer than stated for them to put something on that shouldn't have taken that long but overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would go back. I have had some issues with ride now before but this experience has shown me that ridenow has really stepped up their game! I ordered a 2022 rzr pro xp 4 with the help of bree and Skylar! Bree was able to find my machine early! Skylar always took his time, I never felt like he was rushing or pushing me! I really appreciate you guys and will be back for all my off road wants!!

It was a few month process calling around to many different dealers in AZ to find the specific Polaris model I wanted. Eventually, I called Chandler Ride Now. I let them know what I wanted, they kept in contact with me and after a few weeks the exact model came in. From beginning to end my experience with the entire staff was friendly with great communication.
It is what it is, toys are expensive but at least the top notch customer service made it easy and enjoyable to make a purchase. Shout out to Landen in sales for the help.

I’m a returning customer to this RideNow location. First time I came in and bought a new bike in May 2018. Had a great experience the first time. Had a good deal, no pressure sales guy, and had me finished up in less than 3 hours from the time I walked in, including browsing time.
My most recent experience buying a bike wasn’t as great. Had a sales manager named Kyle. He was extremely pushy, very condescending towards me, had no regard for wasting our time, I caught him in lies that contradicted himself, and had no remorse when I called him out on it.

Bought a new motorcycle and Nick was very informative, Landen also made the process relatively easy they also helped take some burden off by taking away some of the leg work by fully communicating with the bank directly while I had plans already throughout the day. They also manipulated my loan so I could at the gear to it. Jay in the parts shop was very informative as well on gear choices and specifications!
