Manuel (Manny) Melendez started M&M Tile & Granite in 2000. He spent the next decade completing installation and remodeling projects all over Utah. In 2012 he came to Elko, working with some of the local contractors and then relocating. Since our relocation, we have become the local choice for these home and business services.
In 2012 we purchased Design Concepts and expanded our services from installing and supplying tile and granite, to include cabinetry. Today we offer complete home remodeling services specializing in tile, granite and cabinets, as well as other services. We work closely with an array of subcontractors and contractors to perform and exceed all project expectations.

Services
In our showroom, we have tile display boards for you to browse through, cabinet displays to look at and slabs of granite or quartz. M&M Tile & Granite can give your home a new look with granite, quartz, tile, cabinetry and new flooring. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are our specialty.
We work with programs that will create a 3-D version of a new layout for your kitchen or bathroom to help you visualize the space and functionality of your new project.

We carry a variety of brands, including Marazzi, American Olean, Daltile, Majestic, Bedrosians and Imperial. This helps you to shop locally instead of having to make a trip to the big city. For those adventurous customers, we can sell you the products to install yourself from tile to setting materials.
We fabricate our granite and quartz slabs locally here in Elko. We offer a variety of slabs, from standard to exotic, with several edge profiles to choose from. In our showroom, we also have undermount sinks for your kitchen or bathroom. You will find stainless steel kitchen sinks in the following sizes: 50/50, 60/40, or a single bowl for the bathroom, and square or round sinks.
In our showroom we have SOLLiD, Medallion, and Midwest cabinet displays. With these displays we can work together to find you the right door face, color, and accessories to find the cabinets to bring your design look together. Want something a little more personal? We have a custom cabinetmaker in our shop.
