Went in to get a watch band. Once inside was shown different bands. Then a very pleasant sales person told me I could use a new capacitor.Also needed a new crystal. All was done for me for less than 200$. Now I have my favorite watch back like new again. Thank you so much for the great service. I have been a customer since Lafayette rd location.

Rudy's is outstanding started using them when they were on 56th and Lafayette road and still using them after their mood to brownsburg their service and staff are worth the trip they're great for watch battery replacement , sizing, and even use them for my wife's wedding ring repair. even purchased a couple of watches from them last year. I cannot stress this enough , use them for any watch or jewelry issue

I am EXTREMELY happy with Rudy’s watch and jewelry repair in Brownsburg. They fixed my broken wedding band and the 100 year old pocket watch that was my Grandfathers. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable and not in anyway pushy. I almost wish I had more broken jewelry so I could go back there sooner!
