My husband had rebuilt an old computer and it had Windows 7 in it which caused it eventually to be quite slow and unresponsive. Both of us had used web tech services previously so I took my tower down to Joe. Within a few days he had completely rewards the computer including installing Windows 10 and was able to save all of my former programs including my Microsoft money, Picasa, and Microsoft Word. I am so grateful as I was so afraid I would lose those three vital programs to me. The charge was less than $200 and I just cannot say enough about his kindness and patience. He even took over the computer

Tl;dr DON'T go to this store unless you want to be left with a worse phone then what you started with and so much money wasted. I would give them 0.5 stars.
The first time I visited this place, the man was nice and was able to fix my broken phone screen in about 2 hours time. After a while, I noticed a problem with the proximity sensor when I called people and tried to make voice notes. This is because the manager placed the screen on my phone the wrong way. It was very frustrating having to go back and have him fix HIS own mistake with my phone, and in the process, he proceeded to BREAK

IMobile Medica is takes good care of his customers. We had some minor concerns after one repair, which iMobile Medics took seriously, and took care of very quickly. Other repairs iMobile Medics made were problem free, but I can tell much more about a business when there are questions afterwards. The phone is now as good as new. Highly recommended. Thank you.

This place was absolutely fantastic - efficient, great communication, and couldn't believe diagnostics were free. I appreciate their help so much!!! I wasn't very satisfied with their service due to lack of transparency and professionalism, but after having a conversation and coming to an agreement, I change my 1 star to 3. Do your research before picking a place to trust to fix your phone, something I wish I had done beforehand. I wish the owner the best.
Update: The owner responded to my review by saying that I rushed him, this is not true by any means. I asked beforehand when the piece would arrive and was told "3-4 business days" on numerous occasions, NOT 7 days. Damage was inflicted on the phone even after plenty of time was given. This
