When I do have technical issues, Rocket IT does have a great staff that understand not everyone is is a computer professional. Seth, in particular, has been extremely patient lately interpreting my non-technical descriptions of computer problems to help me get them solved. He's great! I would highly recommend them for a large or small company.

Jake was tremendous. Within 30 minutes of me creating the ticket, he was calling me to resolve. He first tried what I would have, but that didn’t work. He then went through a process where he had to reboot my computer several times, but he stayed with it until everything was complete and my connection was verified! He is a great engineer! I'm really glad he left State Farm!

I am currently an Intern for Rocket IT here at their Duluth office and I am loving it so far! The folks over here make IT look so cool. They don't just make the lives of their clients easy on a daily basis, they have a fun while doing it. So much IT knowledge to digest here, it's actually mind-blowing!
