Services
We are a group of people that like to make things. We have hundreds of years of combined custom plastic fabrication experience, we can make almost anything you need. At Bell Plastics we can help with design, prototyping, and production of you part. We do manual and CNC machining, vacuum forming, acrylic and plastic fabrication, we even do plastics welding and rotational molding.
How about a new 1/4 inch thick 6 foot X 16 foot plexiglass barrier to keep unwanted finger out of you display? We also have made hundreds of custom boat window and windshields, machine guards, safety guards, custom boat parts, custom vacuum formed covers. Please keep in mind the bigger and thicker the part is the more it cost to bend.
Need something made? We make all kinds of things. Besides laser cutting acrylic, we also do custom plastic fabrications, vacuum forming and machining. Need a steel bracket to go with your part? We can make the steel bracket or a stainless-steel bracket in house. Since 1979 Bell Plastics we custom make thousands of parts every year.
We specialize in custom design and prototype development. With a full range of AutoCAD and CNC capabilities, we can help you develop whatever you dream up. We can work directly from your CAD file or schematics, or just show us what you need, show us a sample piece, or even bring us broken pieces and we'll figure it out from there.
Bell Plastics does die cutting. We have roller die cutting presser that are 54 inch wide and small clicker presses. With roller die cutter you can make the cutting die as long as you want. If you need a part 30 X 96 inches you can cut it in one piece. Both roller die cutters and clicker presser use steel rule dies.

My Buddy and I missed their open house last year and was really hoping to see their collection of Muffler Men and other cool figures. I called earlier in the week and asked if they were open on the weekend, but they aren't. Lucky for me, I spoke to Bruce(owner) and he said to call and there might be someone working on Saturday. When we arrived, Bruce let us in to tour his collection and even came out to explain where he got them and what he and his team had to do in order to repair them. This is a must see for sure, even if they are closed, you can see them from the road.But I would suggest you
