Services
Butler School of Dance might be the newest dance studio in our area, but the community roots of founder and executive director Becky Sanzotti stretch back more than three decades. Her long commitment to the region's families led to her founding Butler's premier home for dance-instruction excellence.
Butler School of Dance tries to accommodate the parents and students as much as possible, while maintaining the integrity of the studio and the education of our students. Weather Please check our Facebook page for closures or cancellations due to weather. Changes will be posted by 2:00 PM. If there are schedule changes after that time, you will be contacted directly by phone or email.
Please note that tuition is due the first of each month. Running from September to May, the dance year is divided into nine equal payments. Payments are non-refundable, and additional fees will be assessed for late payment and returned checks. Fees listed below do not include special choreography or competition choreography and rehearsals.
Becky attended Point Park College on scholarship and was a member of the college company, American Dance Ensemble. While attending Point Park she performed at the Craft Avenue Playhouse and various venues throughout the Pittsburgh area. She graduated in 1980, summa cum laude with her BA in Dance, concentration in jazz and a minor in accounting.
In all levels of dance, we incorporate education, fun, and discipline. Our goals are to build the cultural awareness of dance, and to cultivate in each student a love and appreciation for the art form. These dance levels help our instructors place students in the classes that will provide the best educational experience.
