Services
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Improve your mood and well-being by changing your self-talk. Pain Management - Learn how you can live with chronic pain instead of having chronic pain control your life. Stress Management - Develop skills to reduce stress and cope with both life changing and everyday stressors.
I take a whole body approach to health and illness with a strong belief that the mind influences the body just as the body influences the mind. Numerous scientific research studies have shown anxiety, depression, worry, and chronic stress can have devastating effects on physical health or exacerbate medical conditions such as insomnia, headaches, chronic pain, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, and many others.
My standard fee for psychotherapy services is $150.00 per 45-60 minute session. Initial evaluations may have an additional fee for testing, interpreting results, and report writing. My fee for psychological testing services, such as pre-surgical evaluations, is $150.00 per hour, including the clinical interview, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.

She is not recommended as a therapist. There was a lot of awkward silences. I would answer questions, and when I answered, she would just stare and not offer anything. It was a very weird experience. She doesn’t seem like a person who should be a better fit away from vulnerable patients who are struggling with mental issues.
