We are repeat customers of Liggett’s flooring Inc. The first job they installed quartz counter tops, a large farm sink, and a glass subway tile backsplash in out kitchen. The installers were excellent. They did a professional job from start to finish. The second job they replaced the master bath floor. This too was an excellent job. The installers had to do some repairs on the sub floor and now we have a safe, sound, and beautiful bathroom that will last for years. Larry and Kathy Liggett handled all of the details from start to finish. These folks are the best. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them

Went in today to look at countertops. Saw a few selections and inquired about pricing. Were told that they don't give out pricing. We had to pick the product and have them measured first. How are we supposed to know if anything is even within our budget if they can't even give out pricing? Are we looking at $1/sqft or $1000/sqft. Couldn't tell you. Better just hope that what you wanted you can afford.

Started out as a good experience until there were questions and concerns about my order. When voicing my concerns about color discrepancy and part of the order not being received I was met with an amused smile and silence. They obviously had my money and did not care to help at all. My contractor got nowhere with them as well. Very disappointing. Only wish I had checked reviews first.

Two of us were both in the market for new countertops. When we asked about pricing because there was nothing showing on merchandise, we were told they didn't give out pricing until after we picked the product and got measurements done. The woman said they were a "high end" shop and didn't give pricing out. Well, they lost about $15,000 since we went elsewhere. I don't know how they stay in business.

Not good a good experience, they wouldn't come measure our home until we picked out the carpet. We picked the carpet color. He then asked us for room measurements, that's why we went into the store to set a date for an appointment. Then the remark was made that if they measured we'd then go to home depot to buy our carpet! This isn't how to get customers. We will go to another local carpet store and try our luck out there! Good grief!

I went out looking for a new hardwood for our home. OMG they couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I went in more than once, even came in with my husband... Couldn't get the time of day from these people! when I asked about a particular type of hardwood I was just informed "well there's a room of hardwood you can go look". there was a man and a woman there... Neither one could be bothered to get off their chair's to assist in my search.

The service, products and customer support from Liggett’s flooring is the very BEST! Both Larry + Kathy have had over 20 years of experience and it shows. They are both personable, helpful and go out of their way to make sure the job is done perfectly. Larry personally helps with the planning and stopped by several times just to make sure the work was going as expected. Kathy is available with her amazing expertise for consulting about design, materials and planning. Together they are a fabulous team with expert knowledge and top quality products. We are so lucky to have this level of knowledge

I had good quality linoleum installed in 3 rooms and a hallway 8 years ago. The Installation was awful. I had hardwood floors,& glue was tracked all over my floor in the living room. Cut too small, put little trim edges in to cover the gaps. It is peeling up around edges. I paid for all the floors to be leveled with product they supplied prior to installation, and all my floors started cracking within a year. There was also a huge battle with my bill, for them overcharging me several hundred dollars, which they finally credited me. Everything was so bad, I did not take the time to have
