The patient care was good to fair. Every single visit Dr Brent is on his phone while he is working on me. He thinks I can't feel him while he is working on my back but he is flipping through his phone and typing. I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Another time, when I was getting walked to a room we passed him and he was working on a patient...same thing , he was on his phone so I know its not just me. What is that important while you are suppose to be treating patients?

Dr. Underwood is the best! I've had back and vertigo issues that he has corrected. He takes the time to explain what is happening in your body and coaches you on how you can better look after yourself.
A lot of places just want you to keep coming to them for extended periods of time and not get results. My experience with Doc is the opposite. It's all about getting you back to normal as quickly as possible.
