First experience with lip fillers. Numbing cream didnt work at all. I felt everything! I'm hoping it was due to my age without much collegen left. Loved the outcome but absolutely dread feeling that intense pain again. Need a redo after 4 months but looking into a more advanced numbing procedure first.

They are not very professional in their handling of patient appointments. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for 3 months and they have rescheduled it twice. But here’s the problem, they pressure you to buy creams to prepare for your appointment then cancel the day before after you’ve been pre-treating for 6 weeks. They give you a discount for pre-paying but then you can’t ever get in. It feels like a used car lot to me.

I went in to discuss threads. I was given information on fillers. The staff were lovely and the premises are nice
I suppose it is my bad that I didnt point out that I wanted to know about threads but the consultation was extremely short. Still deciding what I want to do. Will do some more research with other providers

I was not happy with the filler done in my face. I was under the assumption that after the procedure, if corrections were to be made, they would be made during the following check up. The fillers made my face uneven. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told to "just buy more filler". This was my treat to myself.. I set aside money for months to get this procedure done in hopes that it will help boost my confidence and make my face more defined. Fillers are NOT cheap! I thought I was going to the best for this procedure. This was not the case for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yah-To even before she joined Dr. Behr's office. I followed her over to her current location. She is very professional, shows she is a caring medical provider and always takes her time during examination being sure she answers all your questions. I totally trust her and her medical judgment, not to mention how kind her staff is.
