Never call this company, i cant give any star for bad Custumer services, my original estimate $ 2,000 to repair the range DCS , he charge $1,000 to star the job and order the parts the other $1000 when finish the job, he came for 1 hr to fix the range and he need to order more parts, because the part he order was wrong. He say i will call you to check how much the part? , he charge in my credit card without authorization $450 for the part he need to order, i call him to ask what is going on for this charge, he say he don't have the money and he apologized, he promise the part soon and finish

Excellent experience with iTECH! Was able to get a same-day repair time slot. The technician, Shaw, was awesome! He arrived on time and was very professional. Everything was explained up front-- no hidden/misleading fees. Ended up being a quick fix at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

So i called this place because my lg fridge was acting weird. They send a “tech” that tells me that for all the issues (water leaking, ice Machine not working appropriately) i had to change one piece in the door that was 500$... its a $2000 fridge so i agreed. After the changed the piece, only one issue out of 3 was fixed. And now the ice machine was making a weird noise. The “tech” that was there, just called his boss and told me that now i needed to buy the ice machine NEW! And it would be another $400... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I tried to contact them so they can either help me repair the

Dylan was incredible; and we had an issue getting the dishwasher pulled out and he fixed the issue and was SO helpful, professional, and kind...it was a fabulous experience and I saved the number in my phone for the future!!

Would give them a -1 if it were possible. The appointment process was made easy and efficient, well it stopped there.
Asked specifically: Do your techs wear Masks and Gloves?
Asked specifically: Do they wear ID or a vehicle with the logo on the side so I can identify the person is legit?
Asked specifically: Is it just one person coming to the house? What is the name of the person.
Asked specifically: Please have tech CALL FIRST to give me a 30 minute window.

NO gloves, NO mask, NO phone call, NO ID, NO logo on the truck! He gets out of the truck with a Woman in tow. Asked him who she was

I called for service on my washing machine. I specifically asked how much the call would be. Was told $75 was the fee and if we used them for the repair, it would be applied to the bill. A lovely tech showed up the same day. He found something was blocking the drain and cleared it. Very professional. He made sure it worked, again very professional. I assumed I was stuck paying the full $75 but I was wrong. I was told $149. I said not possible and called the company. This time the woman mentioned that there was a $149 minimum labor charge. There was nothing I could do but pay the guy. The problem

Great experience setting up an appointment. The technician collected enough information about my broken dryer during the call in order to have all possible replacement parts on hand when they came out. He was flexible on scheduling dates and times, he arrived on time and took less than 10 minutes to assess and fix the machine. He was super nice!! Definitely recommend!!!

This company is awesome. Just came by my home in Hollywood beach and repaired my refrigerator that was not cooling. Shawn did great job!! I will definitely recommend these guys.
