We do all our custom designs in our Los Angeles studio and never outsource to anyone else, ensuring the highest quality of work. Collaboration with one of our professional designers begins with as little as an idea, sketch, or picture.
Over the past 15 years at Diamond & Design, we have carefully kept our focus on one aspect of our industry: bridal and engagement rings. We've created a multi-step process that allows us to carefully craft the presentation to take care of each client's unique needs. There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all in bridal jewelry, and we want to ensure each person has their own customized experience.
First we'll sit down to determine the basics you have in mind in regards to aesthetic of the ring, size/shape of the diamond, and budget. We can look at any pictures and inspirations you may have, as well as answer any general questions.
Once we get a general feel for the design you are looking for, we will carefully comb through our selection of in-store designs to pick as many options that fit your desires for the setting and use that as our baseline for the final product.We'll use the ring selection portion to ensure we get the aesthetic correct or determine if we need to customize one of the in-store options to tailor a specific design.

Went in to buy my engagement ring and Homeira helped me. I had such a great experience with this store. The Homeira was extremely knowledgeable and helped pick out a timeless ring. She really emphasized that quality was much more important than size. She did not try to sell out of my budget and was very patient. Will be going back for all my jewelry needs.

This review is wayyy over due, but there was no way after my amazing experience here that I wasn't eventually going to leave a review. Shout out to Atila and the rest of the staff for taking care of me during my time here. I proposed to my fiance on October 31st 2020 and Atila took care of me after I was referred to him and his family by two close friends of mine. I would like to write this review for Atila, I strongly recommend diamond and design jewelers! I went to 5-10 different jewelry stores and could not find the perfect ring until I came here. He gave me exactly what I needed and for my now fiancé, she fell inlove with the ring which made everything perfect. Atila was on top of everything and very attentive to me. Thank you Diamond & Designs! I needed to get one of my rings fixed because the stone kept getting loose. I had gone to several other jewelers who said that they were not able to fix it for one reason or another. When I came to diamond and design they were able able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to fix my ring. I am very please with the customer service as well as the results. Thank you thank you!!

I came here based on the previous reviews. The staff working were professional and courteous. I had my wedding rings cleaned and was extremely happy with the end results and like they say a picture says a thousand words. I have attached a before and after picture. The price for cleaning and rhodium plating was reasonable as well. Overall the experience was excellent and would recommend for jewelry cleaning and to purchase jewelry. The store itself had very beautiful jewelry.

Just went in to have a few links removed from a new watch And was told it couldn't be done until Friday. 1st of all I've never gone to a place where you've had to wait 3 days to have a few links taken out it's a 10 minute process. Secondly My biggest problem is that I was Looked at like I didn't even belong in the store. I work real hard to live in a nice neighborhood 1st time I've ever felt like that here in Chino Hills

This place is so professional and inviting. The sales people who helped us pick out our 1st wedding ring were amazing to us. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable and got everything exactly as we wanted it. I couldn’t recommend them enough! And the prices.. they are amazing. I came in to have a watch repaired which was not working for a couple of years. They evaluated my watch and quoted me a reasonable price to overhaul the watch and fix the movement and replace the battery. It took a few weeks for the overhaul and when I picked up the watch, I was very pleased. Many thanks.

Me. Ive commented over the years on his jewelry and he knows my taste. My boyfriend ask me to Marry him on Christmas morning. That Day I do believe i reach out to Mike with the news and a vintage style ring I found in the internet with a few instructions. I the filigree vintage look. Im a bezel set girl so that was a given. I wanted to incorporate garnets which are my birthstone in there on the sides. Well from the the progressive pics below you can see what an awesome ring I have.
