1040 Express Tax Service

I been going here for 5 years . I really like their CPAs they make sure to get answer all your questions and help get your taxes filed in timely manners. I recommend this place to everyone.

On July 10, 2020, I happen to notice this place while getting coffee from McDonalds, so I decided to try the service. There was no one in the office due to the Covid 19, but there was a note on the door instructing visitors to leave their tax info in a sealed envelope and drop it in the mail slot. The office would be opened on 7/14/2020 for individuals to come in and pay for the service and pick up their paperwork. Since I had never used this tax service before, I took a picture of all the documentation for my records, I also took a picture of the instructions that was left on the door for reference

Leota is excellent. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Lisa is the best,fast,and friendly.I have been going to her for 15 years.I can not think of a single reason to go to someone else.

My grandfather used lisa for many years and when I was old enough to work and pay my own taxes I started using guy have been with 1040 Express myself for 18years every year I have had great service it's always professional and everyone is alway polite from making appointment to filing. I will only do my taxes with 1040 Express

Unprofessional service provided - resulting in a terrible experience . We had to take our taxes elsewhere to have them done correctly - 1040 Express Tax was a total waste of money.
No - I would not recommend them to anyone

The reception Lady was extremely professional and very welcoming and Lisa was very helpful and gave me honest advice. I will be back next year for sure and would recommend to anyone else who is looking for a great experience as well.
