I called for over 20 minutes in an attempt to find this location for an appointment. NO MED SPA is so busy the receptionist can not pick up the phone! Hello that is why a receptionist is placed by the phone. I canceled appointment and went to a more professional med spa! Do not waste your time. You will either get lost (without an answer on the business phone), or be sitting in a waiting room passed your appointment time.

I am so glad that I found Lip Med Spa! I had purchased a Groupon for IPL (I believe in Jan 2020) and I ended up getting a membership after I completed the 3 IPL treatments. Dr. Claudia is amazing and so is everyone else there! I have had a few microneedling sessions with Melina and I have been very happy with the results. I will definitely continue to go here :)

I was so happy to find Dr. Lagere still in business, at the same location after years in between appointments. I'm not one to regular cosmetic treatments or be talked into anything that's not my style; so I really appreciate her non-pushy approach. Dr. Lagere has trained her office staff to emulate that same approach. I'm very happy with the lip filler. She allowed me to use 1/2 a vial, safe the rest for up to 90 days.

Dr. Legere is one of the best doctors I have been to in many years. Her and her staff are very professional, welcoming and always treat me with kindness and warmth. Each service I have had has given me excellent results and I could not see myself going anywhere else. Dr. Leggere carved out her time and gave me a special treatment as I was just coming out of another Dr appt from upstairs and she graciously took care of me without a prior appt or anything! I was a walk in with questions and left a happy camper! She is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you anything extra you don't need just to make money like a lot of places! She did a great job and was super friendly too:) I trust her and would highly recommend her to my friends!

So happy with my experience! I asked for recommendations via the Nextdoor app and after going to a previous recommendation that did not work out I set up a consultant for lip filler with LIP Med Spa. From first entry the staff was so friendly, I was put into a waiting room for the consult. I told her about my concerns about an uneven smile and small lips. The doctor addressed my concerns and made sure I wasn't going to overdo the filler as it was my first time. We left the uneven smile alone this this. Josh and Dr. Legere are genuinely looking out for what will look best while keeping your budget in mind. They are hands down the most educated medspa I have ever been to! Very knowledgeable on all products and why or why it would not be the best product for your treatment. They are gentle and their injections are painless (except for the lips they smart a little bit) not to mention the fact that they have never even bruised me. I have been going to Dr. Legere for a little over a year for occasional botox. I had PRP twice, once by Josh and once by Dr. L and both demonstrated great results. I've been going to Dr Legere for Botox for a few years and love her! But there's nothing I hate more than bait and switch, which I had with Josh. They were offering a "free duel sculpting treatment" on Facebook so I called to book after confirming it was in fact free. I went in today and he tried to charge me $3100. That's not free. That's not even close to free.
I'll consider continuing to get my Botox here but anything else will be a hard pass.

Dr. Legere is absolutely amazing and my results were nothing short of magnificent. After being mistreated at another business that does similar services, I called Door to Door Med Spa and was told that they would see me as a walk in despite that they were closing soon. That other business did me a huge favor. At Door to Door med spa not only was the customer service wonderful and super exceeded my expectations but I’m extremely happy with my results. Wish I could give more than just 5 stars!

Dr. Legere is not only a fantastic medical doctor, but she has great skills and an incredible eye for aesthetics (thanks to her art history background). As a former nurse I can objectively say that she has the most genuinely sweet bedside manner of any doctor I've met. She will never push or encourage you to do more than you want. In fact, there's a good chance that she'll talk you into doing less, and you'll look phenomenal for it. You will never look "done" unless you want to look that way. I can't praise or recommend her enough.
